About The Author
I live in the heart of ‘breadbasket’ USA - Kansas, to narrow the scope a bit. Blessed I am, with 5 wonderful kids and a delightful wife who graciously put up with my word play. A reluctant technologist of 20-ish years, I now teach IT (information technology) to community college students … that’s my day job.
At night or whenever I can pry offspring from my shins, I write. Indeed I am probably the poster child for verbosity. As such, I have endeavored to channel that wordsmithery into a hopeful dream. A very well known author whom I admire has made mention of “the writer’s sacred duty”, my goal is to discover what that embodies for me and then to live it out.
This blog then is a proving ground, an adventure, or journey in finding my voice along the road less traveled. I look forward to making friends along the way and invite your company in joining me. In this journey, I am not afraid to ask for dire-ctions. “Life is dire but hope is just around the corner.”
